Gumnuts Early Learning Centre in Sale, VIC is seeking passionate and dedicated OSHC Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for the children in our centre. What you'll be doing
* Plan and implement engaging educational programs that support the learning and development of children aged 5-12 years
* Ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children in your care
* Build positive relationships with children and their families
* Observe and document children's progress and development
* Adhere to all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies
* Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience working with children in an OSHC or early learning environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Creativity and the ability to engage children in play-based learning
* Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team
* Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management certificates
* Working with Children Check or equivalent
