SAP HR/Payroll Functional Consultant (Senior)
Overview
This role focuses on supporting the transition of HR and Payroll capabilities into S/4HANA, ensuring continuity of critical workforce processes while enabling improved system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert functional support across SAP HR and Payroll modules
* Analyse current configurations and identify required changes for S/4HANA compatibility
* Lead payroll-related testing activities including system integration testing, parallel payroll runs, and user acceptance testing
* Configure and optimise HR/Payroll modules in line with business and legislative requirements
* Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues impacting payroll and HR functionality
* Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
* Assist in cutover planning and go-live support to ensure a smooth transition
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to support adoption and process alignment
* Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and capability uplift
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with SAP HR/Payroll configuration
* In-depth understanding of payroll processing and employee lifecycle management
* Experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformations or upgrades
* Ability to interpret system changes and communicate impacts to business users

SAP Finance Functional Consultant (Senior)
Overview
This role supports the transformation of finance processes into S/4HANA, ensuring financial operations remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with modern SAP capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support migration from legacy finance systems into S/4HANA embedded functionality
* Analyse and explain key differences between legacy and S/4HANA finance processes
* Support configuration validation, system testing, and user acceptance testing
* Assist business teams in adapting processes to align with S/4HANA capabilities
* Ensure financial controls, auditability, and compliance requirements are maintained
* Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
* Contribute to cutover planning and go-live support
* Develop documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong SAP Finance experience (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury)
* Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
* Understanding of S/4HANA simplification impacts and finance transformation
* Ability to translate technical system changes into business impacts
* Experience in large-scale or shared services environments is desirable
This role focuses on analysing, remediating, and optimising SAP custom code to ensure alignment with S/4HANA architecture and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse existing custom developments and assess S/4HANA compatibility
* Remediate and refactor ABAP code to align with S/4HANA data models and standards
* Support simplification item remediation and system adaptation
* Develop, maintain, and enhance business rules using BRF+
* Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution
* Assist with data migration where custom code impacts processes
* Ensure compliance with development, security, and transport standards
* Maintain high-quality technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong ABAP development experience within SAP environments
* Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations

* Strong knowledge of BRF+ rules, decision tables, and functions
* Familiarity with HANA performance optimisation techniques
* Exposure to modern SAP development tools (ADT/Eclipse, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5) is advantageous
SAP Integration Specialist (Senior) – BTP
Overview
This role focuses on designing and delivering secure, scalable integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite
* Develop integrations across SAP S/4HANA, legacy SAP systems, and external platforms
* Apply API-first and event-driven integration patterns
* Build reusable integration services and APIs
* Develop and configure integration flows using CPI, API Management, and messaging services
* Implement message transformation, routing, and error handling
* Ensure integrations meet enterprise security, governance, and scalability standards

Key Skills & Experience

* Experience with secure integration design and API lifecycle management
