We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer with strong rostering and payroll experience to join our Residential Aged Care team on a Full-Time basis. Reporting directly to the Residential Service Manager, you will play a key operational role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys coordinating rosters, managing payroll processes, and delivering professional front-of-house support while maintaining accurate systems and compliance standards. What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) 12% Super Leave Loading Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 tax-free Meals & Entertainment benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your immediate family (24/7 access) Ongoing onsite and online professional development Employee referral rewards program Be part of an organisation recognised for its award-winning culture Key Responsibilities Rostering & Workforce Coordination Maintain and roll over staff rosters in alignment with the master roster Manage daily staff replacements and respond to sick leave calls during office hours Monitor unfilled shifts and collaborate with the RSM to ensure Care Minute compliance Approve daily timesheets and finalise payroll submissions Collate and print daily shift allocation sheets for payroll processing Record and report 24/7 RN attendance data Payroll & Financial Administration Assist with payroll processing and timesheet submissions Manage reception and phone operations in a professional and welcoming manner Resident Admissions & Documentation Prepare Resident Applications for Entry Manage Permanent and Respite admission enquiries and processes About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Qualification or experience in Business, Administration, or a related field Demonstrated payroll experience Strong rostering experience within Residential Aged Care (essential) Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and process-driven mindset Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) – mandatory A compassionate and empathetic approach If you are an experienced administrator with strong rostering and payroll capability, and you are passionate about supporting quality aged care through efficient systems and workforce coordination, we would love to hear from you.
