Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and evaluating tender documentation, as well as managing project expenditure and communicating with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator. They will also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator
* Proven ability to assess commercial and contractual risks, identify and implement appropriate controls, and escalate where necessary
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills, work collaboratively, and drive customer-focused outcomes
* Clear and articulate communication skills, coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders both internally and externally
* Experience using commercial software
