Key Responsibilities Interpret and apply Industrial Relations Act, Fair Work Act, awards, and certified agreements Provide expert advice on complex industrial relations matters and employment conditions Draft and review employment contracts, variations, and addendums Manage industrial relations matters, ensuring compliant and consistent outcomes Provide guidance on flexible working arrangements in line with legislation and agreements Respond to day-to-day queries from employees, supervisors, and payroll (e.g. timesheets, entitlements) Support internal stakeholders with remuneration and compliance-related issues Maintain accurate and confidential employee and IR records Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, with the ability to interpret and apply the Industrial Relations Act Demonstrated experience interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, and industrial instruments Proven experience in contract drafting (employment contracts, variations, addendums) Strong analytical and interpretation skills, particularly with complex clauses Experience managing industrial relations matters or advisory cases Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities APPLY NOW!
