* Job Description:
* We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced healthcare professionals to join our team as Clinical Midwives in various locations across the Wheatbelt region. As a Clinical Midwife, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of our services.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated advanced clinical experience, knowledge, and leadership in midwifery care across the continuum.
* Well-developed clinical problem-solving skills, including conceptual and analytical ability.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including negotiation skills.
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislative and health regulating acts, including legislative obligations.
* Experience in quality improvement, its practical application in meeting patient needs, and its relationship to strategic development.
