Recruitment Administrator
Working as part of a fun and supportive P&C Services team, the Recruitment Administrator's primary focus is to provide P&C administration and support for our store owners and employees.

Core Responsibilities
- Accurate generation and processing of employment related documentation using our SAP system
- Following up outstanding paperwork to ensure compliance
- Maintaining internal databases to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
- Conducting employment screening checks to ensure compliance
- Acting as the first point of contact for our store network
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience working as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced office environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A solid customer service ethic and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Well‐rounded intermediate PC skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise, multitask, and be highly organised
- The ability to adapt to a changing environment
- A level of autonomy and knowledge of when to escalat[ed] an issue
