Founded by Creative Director Alice McMullin, the brand has built a loyal following across both retail and the design trade, with a strong presence in the interiors space and a clear vision for continued growth.
As we enter our next phase, we are looking for a commercially minded General Manager to help lead the business forward.
This role is ideally suited to someone stepping up into a GM remit - likely coming from a senior Sales, Operations or Commercial leadership background within a furniture, interiors or lifestyle brand.
Working closely with our small team, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance and shaping the future of the business, leading across sales, marketing, operations and product while continuing to grow your impact as a senior leader.
Business Leadership
* Provide day-to-day leadership across sales, marketing, operations and product teams
* Work closely with the Founder to define and execute the company's commercial growth strategy
* Create clear accountability across teams and ensure alignment around business priorities
* Lead revenue performance across Ecommerce, Trade and Wholesale channels
* Identify and secure new commercial opportunities with interior designers, architects and commercial clients
* Ensure product launches and marketing campaigns translate into strong sales outcomes
Marketing & Ecommerce Performance
* Partner with the marketing and ecommerce teams to optimise conversion, traffic and customer experience
Operations & Business Performance
* Work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure the business runs efficiently across inventory, logistics and fulfilment
Product & Range Alignment
* Work closely with the Founder and design team to ensure collections deliver strong commercial outcomes
Financial Performance
* Partner with the Financial Manager to monitor sales performance, forecasting and profitability
* Provide clear reporting and insights to support strategic decision making
