The Governance, Risk and Compliance Team

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced GRC Senior Manager to play a leadership role in the continued growth of our practice. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in regulatory compliance, operational risk and conduct, strong client and relationship management skills, and the ability to coach and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Client relationship management and business development.
* Team leadership and talent development.
* Internal stakeholder relationship building and management.
* Lead the delivery of high-profile GRC engagements with many of Australia's most iconic organisations.
* Demonstrable and strong project management skills.
* Engagement Management including risk, WIP management and billing.
* Practice management and ongoing strategy development.
Requirements
* At least 8 years working in a consulting environment.
* Proven expertise across the regulatory and compliance landscape, operational and conduct risk requirements and contemporary leading practices.
* The ability to work with clients to design and implement end-to-end governance and risk management frameworks.
* Sound knowledge of key regulations and regulator expectations including the Corporations Act, APRA and ASIC requirements.
* A track record of working with clients to develop and implement future-fit risk and compliance operating models, systems and processes.
* Experience working with large-scale remediation, transformation and regulatory change programs.
* Expertise in relation to emerging regulatory requirements and focus areas for risk management.
* Strong leadership and talent management experience.
* Relevant graduate and postgraduate qualifications.
