ABOUT THE ROLE:
Bellbowrie Motors, a proud member of the Tony White Group, is seeking a dedicated Administration Clerk with a focus on vehicle registrations to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth preparation of vehicles for delivery, handling all necessary registration transactions, and providing key administrative support to the dealership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Vehicle Registrations & Transfers: Process new and used vehicle registrations, ownership transfers, and ensure compliance with NSW regulations.
* Documentation Management: Prepare and review all necessary registration paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements.
* Liaison with Authorities: Communicate with relevant government agencies (e.g., Service NSW) to process registrations, cancellations, and related transactions.
* Delivery Coordination: Assist in preparing vehicles for customer handover, ensuring all necessary documentation and registration tasks are completed in a timely manner.
* Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and assisting with dealership compliance requirements.
* Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with the sales and administration teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience: Previous experience in vehicle registrations, motor dealership administration, or a similar role is highly desirable but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and thoroughness in handling registration paperwork and transactions.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, customers, and government agencies.
* Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using dealership management systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and online registration portals.
* Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support colleagues, ensuring the smooth delivery of vehicles to our customers.
