This role involves managing a complete bakery service for the company, providing critical projects and business initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting Cost-in-Use analyses, functional bench marking of bakery designs, and serving as the main liaison between Glenbervie operations and commercial teams or customers.
Baking and Product Innovation:
* Develop new and unique baked goods that align with market trends and customer preferences.
* Maintain high-quality standards for all baked products, ensuring consistency and compliance with food safety regulations.
* Experiment with new recipes and techniques to create appealing product offerings.
Business Development:
* Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, including new markets, distribution channels, and partnerships.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to foster long-term growth.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
* Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
* Create and implement a comprehensive business development plan to drive sales and increase brand presence.
Sales and Customer Engagement:
