Job Summary:
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in identifying and acquiring top talent to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the niche tech stack and be able to develop personalized approaches to source high-quality candidates.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to develop position briefs, managing all aspects of inbound recruitment, and building relationships with candidates.
You will work closely with the Head of Recruitment to shape and operationalize our recruitment strategy, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
* Develop a thorough understanding of our organizational structure, priorities, and culture.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
* Work on open requisitions and familiarize yourself with internal tools, systems, and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical sourcing experience and competence in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead with empathy and distill complex information into concise job specs.
* Inquisitive and curious approach to conversations and problem-solving.
* Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks to align with commercial objectives.
