Your new role
You will play a pivotal role in transitioning from EPC to EPCM model delivering large scale renewable energy projects. Reporting directly to Head Projects & Construction Management, you will:
be working closely with project managers to set project standards, requirements, processes and procedures specifically from the commercial contractual and procurement perspectives.
manage and direct contract-related activities including liaison with stakeholders, engineers, contractors, suppliers, third-parties, project managers, construction managers and consultants during the development and execution phases of the projects.
ensure suppliers conform to product requirements, contractual terms, SLA's and KPIs and identify key areas of opportunity to maximise value across multiple projects.
Who you are
You have experience in contract management within the EPCM sector or a similar industry. Strong understanding of EPCM project lifecycle, contract types, and industry standards and a track record of successfully managing split project contracts from the development phase through to completion.
