Job Description
- Prepare, analyse, and interpret financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct in-depth financial modelling and forecasting to assist in strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data.
- Identify financial risks and propose actionable solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audits.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Analyst should have:
- CPA or CA qualified, or working towards.
- Commercial experience in a Management Accounting or Financial Analysis position.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in accounting and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders as a strong finance business partner.
