About the Role
As the Preschool Room Leader, you will take ownership of the preschool room, lead the educational program, and mentor educators while creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for children. You will work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to deliver high-quality practices aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the daily operations of the preschool room
* Plan and implement engaging school readiness programs
* Mentor and support educators within the room
* Build solid relationships with families and the local community
* Maintain high standards of documentation and compliance
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
About You
* Diploma or ECT qualification in Early Childhood Education
* Previous experience leading a preschool room
* Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child protection
* Confident leadership and communication skills
* Passionate about high-quality early childhood education
