Job Description
I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine in Hampshire, they are a main contractor working on various new build and refurb projects up to £5m.
Responsibilities
* Working as part of the pre‑construction team
* Reporting into the Director
* Liaising with sub‑contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates
* Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live
Requirements
* Experience working for a main contractor
* Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
* Good knowledge of JCT form of contract
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
Salary and Benefits
* Salary up to £55,000
