We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Therapeutic Support Professional to join our team in providing person-centered support services. As part of our dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions that foster independence, development, and overall wellbeing for our participants.

Responsibilities:
">
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
* Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
* Demonstrated at least 2 years clinical OT experience within community, rehabilitation, and/or paediatrics.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Valid Driver's license and access to reliable motor vehicle.
* The ability to work independently.
