**Administration Officer Role Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide exceptional support to our Cement Sales team. This role involves managing administration workflows, supporting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
This position requires a high level of organization, communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless order delivery, invoice payment and inventory management.
* Process sales orders, invoices, receipts, contracts and supply orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate daily operations, including order delivery, invoice payment and inventory management.
* Implement pricing, discount, rebate and payment arrangements in Oracle to optimize customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
* Maintain master data in systems (Oracle, Salesforce, CPQ, Weighbridge and Gtick) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Reconcile invoices and transactions to prevent discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
* Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
* Work with the logistics team to monitor order fulfillment and stock availability.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated administration experience in a manufacturing, logistics and sales environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
