Responsibilities:
Achieving agreed sales targets and increasing market share
Growing the brand and market presence
Coaching the dealer sales team around effective Account Management
Developing and maintaining excellent Customer relationships
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Building strong and effective partnerships with dealers Qualifications Bachelor's degree
7+ years of progressive sales experience to include sales leadership
Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments working with Dealer/Distributors sales channels.
Ability to spend at least 30% of time traveling in the field with the sales team, including overnight stays.
Strong selling/communication, influencing & problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High levels of strategic thinking and business acumen.
Well-developed Computer skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Irrigation experience and/or experience managing sales to market via a dealer channel.
