Are you a hungry, high-energy professional ready to disrupt the market? We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our NSW sales team. This is a high-visibility role focused on capturing market share and introducing our world-class gas and application solutions to new customers across a vast industrial landscape.
If you have the grit to hunt for new business and the sophistication to navigate diverse sectors—from the hospitality strip to aerospace manufacturing hubs—this is your launchpad. This isn't a "shadowing" role; you will be on the front lines. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within a massive territory.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Present a superior value proposition to win
* Pitch Nitrogen solutions to a food processor; discuss high‐purity gases with a medical lab or an aerospace firm
* Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calling, site visits, and networking
* Leverage CRM tools to track wins and manage your territory like your own mini‐business
