Board Secretary
to support its Board and governance processes.
This role is ideally suited to a
semi-retired lawyer or qualified senior professional
seeking a small, paid governance role that draws on professional judgement, discretion, and board experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and coordinating Board agendas, papers, and minutes
* Maintaining Board records, action registers, and meeting schedules
* Supporting governance processes and confidential Board communications
* Attending and minuting monthly evening Board meetings (paid)
About the role:
* Approximately
5 hours per week
, plus
monthly Board meetings
(from 6:30pm)
* Primarily onsite in Claremont, with some flexibility
* Approx 25 hours per month
