UnitingCare Lithgow (UCL) is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to empowering people with disabilities and older Australians to live independently and with dignity.
With growing demand for our services in Bathurst, we're expanding our team and seeking committed support workers who are looking for a long-term role, not just short-term casual work.

Supportive team environment where your contribution is valued
Ongoing training and professional development
What We're Looking For
You will:
* Show genuine empathy, compassion, and professionalism
* Communicate clearly and respectfully
* Work confidently both independently and within a team
* Respect and promote the rights, dignity, and inclusion of people living with disability and frailty
* Be reliable, flexible, and committed across a 7-day roster

* Valid First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
