Your Mission
Reporting to the OTC Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be the commercial heart of our OTC brands. Your mission is to translate complex market insights into sustainable growth, operational excellence, and brand-defining results.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Execution: Develop bold brand visions and deliver on sales and profit targets through creative ATL/BTL and digital campaigns.
* Insight-Driven Growth: Synthesize competitor and consumer data to map the customer journey and identify new opportunities.
* Commercial Leadership: Own your A&M budgets, demand forecasting, and the full marketing mix to drive bottom-line performance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Supply, Regulatory, and external agencies to ensure flawless execution and seamless product launches.
* Field Engagement: Stay ahead of the curve by spending time in the retail marketplace, providing essential support to KAM plans.
Who You Are
You are a strategic, commercially minded professional with a "can-do" attitude. You don't just see data—you see the story behind it and know how to turn that story into an actionable plan.
Your Toolkit:
* Experience: 2+ years in brand/product management, specifically within the OTC channel.
* Expertise: A deep understanding of consumer behavior, omnichannel digital engagement, and market data analysis.
* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or Business.
* Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and a proven track record of managing agencies and high-stakes projects.
* Soft Skills: You are a compelling presenter and a persuasive negotiator who lifts the performance of those around you.
