About the Organisation & the Role

* Deliver high-quality, client-centred physiotherapy services supporting individuals to achieve their goals and improve quality of life
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders across home, community, and clinic settings
* Conduct evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
* Provide recommendations across early childhood intervention, therapeutic supports, mobility programs, equipment, and functional capacity supports
* Prepare clear and timely clinical documentation and reports, including progress updates and recommendations for future supports
* Contribute to a holistic, team-based approach through shared planning, knowledge exchange, and problem-solving
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice, research, and NDIS physiotherapy service delivery
* Work in line with professional standards, organisational policies, and clinical guidelines
* Actively uphold and demonstrate organisational values in all aspects of practice

What You'll Need
* Valid Australian driver's licence
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
