Clinical funding officer (werribee)

Part Time Position
3 days per week
Location - Based out of Arcare Werribee
Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Valid AHPRA registration

Assisting in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding at our Arcare Residences. The Clinical Funding Officer will assist in facilitating AN-ACC assessments, completing resident documentation, identifying opportunities for AN-ACC uplift and ensuring accuracy and best practice at all times.

• Demonstrated high level of clinical assessment skills
• Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication skills
• A current AHPRA registration
• Great documentation practice
• Great understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
• Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current Flu & COVID vaccination is highly encouraged

Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with a current AHPRA registration. Must possess Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to obtain).
