Head Pool Installer Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Pool Installer to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for leading fibreglass pool installations from start to finish.
Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing excavation, setting out, and installation of fibreglass pools, managing and mentoring installers and labourers on site, liaising with the Construction Manager to plan upcoming works, troubleshoot issues, and ensure each project stays on schedule, coordinating with clients, crane operators, and suppliers, and ensuring installs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a premium finish.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years experience in fibreglass pool construction
* Strong understanding of excavation, levels, plumbing, and concreting
* Ability to read plans and problem-solve on site
* Current driver's license and White Card
* A great attitude, reliability, and pride in your work
* MR/HR License a bonus but not essential
