About the Role
* Lead, mentor, and manage the Property Management team
* Drive business growth and identify new portfolio opportunities
* Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
* Work within PropertyMe systems
* Convert warm leads generated by the sales team
* Oversee daily operations, KPIs, budgets, and department performance
* Implement process improvements and ensure legislative compliance
* Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to deliver growth initiatives
About You
* Qualified with an Agent’s Representative Certificate
* 2–5+ years’ experience in real estate/property management
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Results-driven, strategic, and highly client-focused
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous Property Management experience
* A current Certificate of Registration is essential
* A valid driver's license
* Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST
* BDM Experience
* Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous
