This is First AML:

Source by First AML helps to streamline our customers' anti money laundering obligations when onboarding their customers. Our focus is to ensure customers are compliant, but in a customer centric way. Our customers report that they've seen a 70% efficiency increase with using Source by reducing head count and reducing onboarding turnaround times.

Due to substantial regulatory change in Australia, this role will be leading our efforts selling to large and mid sized Real Estate businesses across Australia. First AML has a large captive audience all needing a solution from 2026 and key partnerships in the space to leverage.

Our product solves our customers' due diligence problems so they can stay focused on running their business.

Onboarding & Implementation Specialist:

First AML's Onboarding & Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful onboarding of our new customers. You'll be hands-on when it comes to the onboarding, training and implementation of customers within your portfolio. Your key focus will be the legal and real estate industries.

You'll have a significant understanding on what it takes to successfully onboard a customer to a SaaS product and ensure that they have high adoption rates. Your role is critical to the success of First AML as you will be one of the key players in ensuring that our customers immediately see and feel the benefits of our products.

You will report directly to our ANZ CS & OB Lead Rebecca Passlow who has a passion for solving complex problems and empowering her team to take control. We will always work hard to ensure that you know the positive impact you have at First AML.

Some of your key focuses:

* Successfully lead the end-to-end onboarding process for our real estate and legal customers
* Provide hands on clear technical guidance to our customers during the onboarding and adoption phases or our CX
* Collaborate with Product, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience
* Proactively provide customer insights to our Product and Engineering team with a focus on improving the UX
* Ensure your onboarding experience helps customers get the most value from our product
* Minimise implementation rework and escalations

Here's what we're looking for:

* 2+ years in a similar SaaS onboarding role
* Confident working with C Suite customers
* Excellent problem solver - with the ability to break down complex problems at pace
* Seriously passionate about helping solve our customers problems
