Located in the heart of Elizabeth Quay in Perth, 6HEAD is looking for experienced and dedicated Grill Chefs to work in our state-of-the-art kitchen to deliver larger volumes of food at the highest of standards to our clientele. Our kitchen is a rapid-paced environment coupled with a high standard for quality that must not be compromised. The team is supportive & close knit, with all involved very passionate about the food industry and dedicated to their jobs.

About You:
2+ years of proven kitchen experience in a quick paced, high volume environment on a charcoal or flame grill
Butchery and dry ageing experience preferred
Able to accurately work to standards and recipes
A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification
Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
