About the roleWe are seeking a reliable and highly organised Marketing & Events Administrator to support the Skin Health Institute’s marketing and event initiatives.As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth coordination and promotion of the Institute's diverse range of events and marketing campaigns within a small collaborative team.This part-time position (3 days per week) offers flexibility, including the option to work one day remotely.
What you’ll be doingYou will assist with a range of administrative tasks across marketing and events, with the focus on coordination, data entry and operational support.
Key Responsibilities include:· Assist with marketing administration, including content uploads and creation, database management, and mailing lists· Support event coordination, including registrations, attendee lists, and logistics· Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and internal documents· Perform accurate data entry across multiple systems· Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking· Provide general administrative support for marketing and events
What we’re looking for1. 1-2 years of experience in an events, marketing or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or professional services industry2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders4. Creative flair and an eye for detail when producing marketing materials5. Proficiency in using digital marketing and event management tools (i.e CANVA, mailchimp, Saleforce of similar) and Microsoft suite6. A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
