As this business expands, we are looking for a vibrant and friendly Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their team in ar brand new state of the art showroom in Moorabbin In this role, you will report to the Executive Assistant, and your role will include Reception and administration tasks including: – Greeting Customers – Directing phone calls / taking messages – Assisting with Service bookings – Uber/rideshare bookings as required – Transport bookings – Data entry – Ad Hoc Admin Support as required Successful applicants will ideally have: • relevant previous reception experience (but not 100% necessary as training will be provided) • Intermediate or above Microsoft Office and typing skills • strong communication and interpersonal skills • strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
