Role Description
The Clinical Case Coordinator will support the Child and Youth Assessment & Therapeutic Service (CYATS) by collecting background information, liaising with stakeholders, and managing administrative tasks.
This role aims to provide seamless assessment, treatment, and support to children and young people with neurodevelopmental vulnerability through a multidisciplinary team.
* Mandatory Requirements:
* Diploma qualified or relevant experience in a clinical case coordination role or similar.
* Demonstrated experience and skills in providing clinical case management support to vulnerable families that is child-focused, family-centered, and trauma-informed.
* Knowledge of child development, as well as neurodevelopmental disorders including FASD, ASD, and Global Developmental Disorders.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality services to children and young people with complex needs.
