About the Role 
Key Responsibilities: 
Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters with a focus on early intervention and people-centred solutions 
Manage casework and demonstrate solid understanding of HR and legal frameworks. 
Drive change with a focus on continuous improvement and challenging the status quo 
Develop and implement HR procedures, systems, templates, and reporting mechanisms 
Build leadership capability in HR systems and cyclical processes 
Facilitate organisational change through HR systems and processes 
About You: 
To be successful in this role, you will have: 
Proven HR experience with strong generalist knowledge 
Experience in case management and a strong HR background; familiarity with HR nuances is advantageous. 
Expertise in complex workplace investigations and performance management 
Resilience and a passion for driving continuous improvement within a team-based culture 
Ability to operate in a large, dynamic organisation, delivering business objectives remotely 
Strong interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation, and consultation skills 
Excellent time management and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail 
Experience with the Workday HR System is highly desirable
