About the role
As a Supervisor, you'll support the store management team to maximise sales, ensure smooth operations, and provide an exceptional in‑store experience, all while creating a safe, enjoyable work environment for the team.
You'll focus on nurturing a customer‑first culture, sharing your product knowledge, ensuring workplace safety, and promoting a culture of commitment. You'll also help build a motivated and high‑performing team in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
Who are we looking for?
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Passionate about personal growth and team development.
* Skilled in coaching to maximise team performance.
* Team player who values collaboration.
* Strong communicator at all levels.
* Proficient in stock management and replenishment.
* Organised with a keen eye for detail.
