**About the role**:
We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants to work with multiple clients in Echuca, specifically focusing on providing all round care including personal care, domestic care and community access. This role offers a rewarding prospect to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who require specialised care and support around the clock.
**Responsibilities**:
- Travelling to our clients' homes to assist with all aspects of care to ensure that their daily needs are met.
- Providing person-centred care with a focus on dignity, safety, and well-being.
- Adapting care plans to address the unique requirements of each client.
- Personal Care: Assisting with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, and maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
- Mobility support: Supporting clients with walking using mobility aids and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Domestic Assistance: Supporting residents with any domestic assistance including making beds, washing dishes etc.
- Community access: to assist clients to participate in various aspects of community life.
- Monitoring health: Observing and reporting any changes in the client's health or behaviour.
**Requirements**:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working with individuals' various levels of support required.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
- Valid Victorian Driver License and own reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
- Reliable and comprehensive insured vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
