Overview
Hough Cabinets are seeking a full-time Trainee Cabinetry Draftsman to join their team.
You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans of custom designed cabinetry. Demonstrated ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines. An eye for detail and a sound knowledge of joinery materials and concepts OR willingness to learn. Experience with Cabinet Vision, Mozaik or any other CAD drafting software. Previous cabinet making experience is preferred but not essential. Employee must be located at our manufacturing workshop daily, due to liaison with clients and fellow colleagues as part of your role. Consequently, any remote applications will be automatically declined. Work hours are Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 3:30pm, Friday is 6:30am to 12:30pm. You will be expected to work extra time as directed by Production Manager, when experiencing extra Work Volumes. Salary will be based on the level of experience & tailored to suit the successful applicant.
