The Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative services to the College Executive team, comprising the Principal, Deputy Principal, and Assistant Principal Religious Education (APRE).
Reporting to the Business Manager and the Principal, this role plays a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of College operations and community wellbeing. This position is worked over 42 weeks per year, in line with the school term calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executive Support: Provide high-level executive assistance and diary management to the Principal, Deputy Principal, and APRE.
* Office Coordination: Manage the daily operations and workflow of the College Executive Office to ensure efficiency.
* Event Management: Provide administrative oversight and coordination for significant College events.
* HR Support: Manage the administrative responsibilities of staff recruitment, including placing advertisements, collating applications, and coordinating interview schedules.
About You: You are a highly organised and professional individual with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You manage confidential information with absolute discretion and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a busy school environment.
Essential Requirements:
* Current NT Ochre Card (Working with Children Check) or ability to obtain one.
* Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating recruitment or HR administrative processes.
* Advanced computer literacy with confidence in editing and formatting documentation across multiple platforms.
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
* Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and safeguarding responsibilities.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Diploma in Administration or Business.
* Relevant experience in an educational setting.
