About our role- We care about others
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Service Lead to drive the growth and development of our clinical model of care within Aged & Disability services. This role will provide senior clinical leadership, managing a team of Aged & Disability clinicians, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Registered Nurses. Working closely with the Executive Manager, the Clinical Service Lead will lead strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and support sustainable business growth. With a strong focus on best practice, compliance, and workforce development, this role is pivotal in shaping the future of clinical services at CatholicCare Wollongong.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week.

Our requirements to provide care
* Demonstrated experience in conducting financial viability assessments, developing business cases, and implementing sustainable clinical service models within budgetary constraints
* Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary clinical teams, fostering collaboration, and implementing innovative, person-centred care solutions.
* Strong ability to navigate aged care and disability sector reforms, build strategic relationships with stakeholders, and influence service improvements through expert clinical guidance.
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a clinical leadership or healthcare management role.
* Tertiary qualification in Allied Health (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) with AHPRA registration or a related field.
