6 months contract role with possible extension Attractive daily pay rate $ 850 per day plus super Hybrid work arrangement (WFH Parramatta office) PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: We are looking for 2 specialists: Source to contract for IT contracts preferrably software licenses and maintenance. Panel management and contract governance for Digital portfolio (experience or knowledge in SCADA preferred) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: SOURCE TO CONTRACT: This role involves engaging and communicating with key stakeholders, including suppliers, understanding contract and renewal financials, managing the required approval processes, and executing agreed action plans to deliver outcomes. Partner with the business to lead sourcing projects, support commercial negotiations, and manage contracts across the sourcing lifecycle Provide commercial advice to the business and support financial management activities as required Deliver sourcing and non-sourcing initiatives that generate material business benefits. Contribute to project pipeline visibility to support resource planning and proactive engagement with the business. Assist with the development, implementation, and management of category strategies, including preparation of stakeholder engagement documentation. PANEL MANAGEMENT AND CONTRACT GOVERNANCE: This role is responsible for managing SCADA panel contracts, leading contract governance and KPI tracking, and engaging with stakeholders to communicate outcomes and obtain required approvals. Take ownership of contract governance responsibilities for assigned contracts Support the Procurement Manager in applying effective and consistent panel management processes Support and manage supplier relationships for major and strategic suppliers Translate business and customer requirements into Selection Criteria, SLAs and Ongoing performance evaluation criteria. Track, report, and manage supplier performance, including sustainability metrics, and drive corrective actions where required. Assist with the development, implementation, and management of category strategies, including preparation of stakeholder engagement documentation. Assist in resolving contractual issues by working with business, legal, insurance, and compliance teams to develop appropriate resolutions. ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR BOTH ROLES: 5 years’ experience working in procurement or commercial management function in a large complex organisation. Knowledge of NEC4/Government IT contracts and SAP fluency is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of strategic sourcing, contract development, contract and supplier management and procurement metrics reporting. Strong and proactive stakeholder management skills. Financial analytical and research skills A self starter, independent, understand what needs to be done, come up with an action plan, follow through and communicating with stakeholders.
