About the Role
This position involves managing bookings, answering customer inquiries, and coordinating day-to-day communication as the primary contact for service-related questions via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage service bookings and confirm appointments with customers.
* Liaise with customers regarding vehicle updates and timelines.
* Support the service and sales teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
* Maintain accurate customer records and booking systems.
* Ensure a friendly and helpful tone in all communications.
* Assist with general front-of-house and reception duties as needed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service or administration role is desirable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Able to handle high call volumes and inbox management efficiently.
* Quick learner with good computer skills and attention to detail.
* Professional, calm, and organized, even under pressure.
* Automotive experience is an advantage but not essential.
