Responsibilities
* Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers.
* Building the 'Bestie' culture in store with your team.
* Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun and teamwork.
* Driving results by exceeding sales and profit targets for the store.
* Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
* Creating a visual merchandising presentation from door to floor.
* Maintaining a tidy and well-presented store.
