About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Officer to join our team in delivering key projects within the Transport and Road Investment Program (TRIP).
Main Responsibilities:
* Apply financial policies and procedures accurately
* Prepare comprehensive financial documents, including journals, goods receipts, invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders
* Stay up-to-date with contemporary procurement practices for road infrastructure projects
* Coordinate contract documentation for TRIP and road infrastructure projects efficiently
* Provide timely reports on program, projects, and contracts for accurate tracking and financial position
* Maintain project management software and systems with up-to-date information
* Ensure departmental records are managed according to established standards and guidelines
