The Role:


Located in International Departures, Hills Bar & Kitchen brings the best of the Adelaide Hills straight to Adelaide Airport Think flaky Market Street Bakery pastries, gourmet sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas topped with premium local produce, and bar snacks that hit the spot — all perfectly paired with a Cirelli Coffee, a crisp tap beer, a glass of South Australian wine, or a splash of local craft spirit

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our food & beverage team at Adelaide Airport. If you love being hands-on, thrive in a busy café environment, and want to lead a great team – this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:
Be a go-to leader – support your team to deliver excellent service
Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe
Ensure food & beverage standards are on point – quality, speed, and presentation
Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Maintain a positive, people-first culture


What We're Looking For:
Previous experience leading in hospitality, food retail, or cafes
Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices (Food Handlers Certificate)
RSA Certificate
Well-groomed & professionally presented
Strong communication and people skills
Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
