This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland, and Varanus Island, along with five future port sites. You will be responsible for industrial and employee relations; compensation and benefits; organisation capability including training and development; and people and capability services.
Responsibilities
* Manage industrial and employee relations
* Oversee compensation and benefits programs
* Enhance organisational capability through training and development
* Provide people and capability services
* Develop knowledge of systems used for recruitment, payroll, and training to ensure operational continuity
