Three different firms, three different areas of focus, but all the kind of places where you can do meaningful work, grow your skills, and genuinely enjoy where you spend your day.
Here's What's On The Table
The first is a nationally recognised practice with a strong Brisbane presence, working across commercial, education, and health. It's a well-run, design-led studio with directors who are genuinely invested in the people around them. The work is varied, the pipeline is solid, and there is real opportunity to work across a full range of project scales end to end.
The second is an architecture and design practice with studios across the country, working across commercial and defence — complex, high‐calibre work that genuinely sharpens you as an architect. Interiors, landscape, and urban design all sit under one roof, so the collaboration is rich and the work has real depth.
The third is a practice synonymous with large‐scale residential and mixed‐use development — towers, masterplanned communities, landmark built outcomes right here in Queensland. A tight‐knit team doing impressive work with a strong local reputation.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading projects or key packages of work across multiple stages — from concept through to construction
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and builders on your projects
* Driving design quality and documentation standards across your team
* Contributing to design development, coordination, and resolution of technical challenges
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members
* Working in Revit as the primary delivery tool, with Enscape for visualisations
About You
You want to be genuinely across your projects from start to finish and build real relationships along the way. You'll ideally bring:
* Project Architect — 5+ years of experience with solid end‐to‐end project delivery under your belt
* Senior Project Architect — 10+ years of experience, with a track record of leading projects and teams with confidence
* Registration or working toward it
* Strong design skills and design development skills
* Confident communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Experience across one or more of: commercial, education, health, defence, or residential/mixed‐use
* Strong documentation skills and an understanding of the full project lifecycle
* Revit proficiency — Enscape experience is a bonus
