Due to further growth, there is now a very exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join the organization based out of their Adelaide Global Headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Assist with the preparation and issue of quotations and proposals.
2. Follow up on quotations and proposals to convert into orders.
3. Establish and maintain project master and job costing files for all projects.
4. Attend client and subcontractor progress meetings with the Installation Department.
5. Assist with the overall administration and project management of all Installation Projects.
6. Maintain database via CRM (Sage).
7. Support GM Services as and when required.
8. Work independently with excellent management support.
Skills & Experience
1. 2-3 years experience in a similar internal sales or customer service administration role.
2. Strong track record in sales and customer service administration.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Understanding of CRM systems.
6. Competent use of MS Office suite (especially Excel) and MS Project.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
