As an Administration Officer – Front Desk, you will play a key role within the administration team by providing a high-quality reception and switchboard service to staff, clients, and the wider community. This position is often the first point of contact for Naracoorte Health Service, making professionalism, confidentiality, and customer focus central to everything you do. You will foster positive working relationships with staff, clients, and visitors while supporting the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a friendly, professional reception and switchboard service for staff, clients, and visitors.
* Manage incoming enquiries, direct calls appropriately, and respond to requests in a timely manner.
* Deliver confidential administrative support in line with privacy and information governance requirements.
* Support general administrative functions to assist the effective operation of Naracoorte Health Service.
