**The Opportunity**
Crystalbrook Byron, just 5 minutes from the hub of energy that is Byron Bay, is a rainforest retreat, a slice of luxury and a paradise wrapped into an environment that relaxes hearts and reinvigorates minds. Reporting to the Conference and Events Manager, this position is responsible for exceeding customer satisfaction through the coordination and execution of events that can vary from weddings to corporate meetings, celebrations and retreats - the list is endless....

You will be motivated to ensure the very best of guest experience by being the point of contact as the conferencing and events schedule is delivered and will work effectively both within and externally of the Hotel. The position is varied and highly visible, hands on and extremely rewarding and because of this, the role will be of interest to those energised by our personality, environment and values.

**Your talents**
To be successful in this role, we welcome interest from individuals with some relevant experience in food and beverage coupled with some events management or conference co-ordination. With strong planning, negotiation and stakeholders engagement skills, you will be naturally organised and work effectively in an environment of collaborative success. This position would suit an ambitious hotel professional who is forward thinking, independent and commercial and would like to realise their ambition within a collective team of likeminded professionals. Essentially, you will have a current RSA and a long term commitment to your career.
