We are seeking a Retail Training Manager to lead capability, performance, and culture across our West Australian boutiques. This highly visible role is focused on daily in-store coaching, developing internal talent, and building the next generation of future retail leaders while elevating customer experience and commercial outcomes.
The Role
This Retail Training Manager will drive capability across all West Australian stores through consistent coaching and development. You will work closely with Store Managers and leadership teams to embed best-practice selling standards aligned to a premium brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily site visits to coach Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and Sales Advisors
* Retail training programs focused on sales performance improvement
* Counseling Store Leaders for effective team management
* Selling skills adoption across the network implementation
