Solutions Consultant
About the Role:
This is a presales position where you will work with our team to provide value to customers and help them understand the benefits of our HR and Payroll platform. You will focus on revenue generation, creating presentations that highlight the value of our product, and enabling our prospective customers to make informed decisions.
What You Will Do:
1. Work closely with our Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of our platform.
2. Understand a prospect's technical requirements and convey the business value of our HR product suite.
3. Manage technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts for prospects that address their unique business objectives.
4. Create, present, and maintain technical content that enables customers to get the most out of our HR product suite.
5. Provide customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to help us improve our offering.
6. Become an expert in our entire HR platform and stay up-to-date with the competitor landscape.
7. Collaborate with your peers and leadership to build a best-in-class Solutions Consulting organization.
What You Will Need:
1. 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in HRIS, HCM.
2. Experience working with Australia and New Zealand payroll.
3. An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
5. A self-starter who can quickly learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
